A FOE spokesperson said: “Ineos is the biggest polluter in Scotland, which is damaging to the climate and the local community in Grangemouth. Tonight Friends of the Earth Falkirk will be joined by an organiser of the Mossmorran Action Group, a resident led group that has built massive community resistance to the Mossmorran Petrochemical plant in Fife.

“We will discuss the steps MAG took to get where there are now and what might be possible to do to build a similar campaign against Ineos here in Grangemouth.
