Four stores in one day coins in over a grand for Camelon Tesco's charity walkers
Four colleagues at Camelon’s Tesco store did not let the fact COVID-19 cancelled Race for Life 2020 stop them raising cash for Cancer Research UK.

The top team – Lesley, Nikki, Sajjida and Susan – have so far raised over £1200 for the charity, with money still to be collected, when they walked all the way from their store in Glasgow Road, Camelon on Sunday to the Tesco Express, in Camelon Road, Falkirk, the Tesco superstore in Falkirk Central Retail Park and the store in Redding Road, Brightons, before returning to their Camelon shop.
A team spokesperson said: “Thanks so much too everyone – we have been so surprised by people’s generosity. We walked to the four stores and back, covering around 12 miles and Nikki’s dog Jasper joined us on the way back.”
