The owners of a town centre premises which used to be a bar restaurant are looking for permission to turn it into a residential property.

The change of use application from Paul Koc for the premises at 76 Manor Street Falkirk – formerly known as BAR1 – has now been lodged with Falkirk Council.

This follows similar applications from Bellair to change the use of the former Burtons shop in High Street and from REWD Group to develop the floor above Poundstretchers, also in High Street.
