OWNNIT has been holding its socially distanced bootcamps in the grounds of Callendar House throughout the year and is planning something extra special for the last session of 2020 this Saturday from 9.30am.
Robbie McNab, who operates OWNNIT with Liam Healy, said: “This last class is being opened up to everyone – people of all ages and fitness levels – in the Falkirk area who want to come along an join in.

Falkirk Food Bank stated: “Every day people in the UK go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income. A simple box of food makes all the difference, with food banks helping prevent crime, housing loss, family breakdowns and mental health problems.”
It was an easy choice for Robbie and Liam to make to help the Food Bank, especially at this time of year.
“The fitness things we do with the bootcamps all stress the importance of nutrition,” said Robbie. “Overeating and under eating are bad for you, but some people don’t have a choice, so that’s why we thought it would be a good idea to help the Food Bank.

“Bring along as many friends and family members as you like – the more the merrier. It will be for people of all ages and all fitness levels – my mum is taking her friends along and I’m taking my dogs.”
