Falkirk Council planners give go ahead to extend nursing home
Plans to extend a nursing home in the Falkirk area have now been given the green light by the local authority.
Avondale Care (Scotland) Ltd’s proposal – to add an extension on to Carrondale Nursing Home, in Beaumont Drive, Carron, – was validated by local authority planners on Wednesday, May 25 and was approved on Friday, July 22.
Last year Avondale Care, established in 1987, successfully secured at £10 million loan from Barclays to accelerate its long-term growth plans and expand its portfolio.
