Consultants for housebuilders Avant Homes will be online to answer questions about the Mydub Farm development on Thursday, August 20, from 3pm-8pm.

Nicola Lunn, land director from Avant Homes said: “We are delighted to be providing the local community with the opportunity to shape our proposals for this exciting residential development.

“We would urge all those that can to participate in this consultation process and have their views heard.”

Avant Homes say the new development will assist in creating jobs, support the local economy and deliver much-needed housing, with 15 per cent of the new houses classed as affordable.

They also say this latest development will help to deliver the Denny Eastern Access Road (DEAR) to alleviate congestion at Denny Cross.

Feedback can also be submitted via the website.
