Brigade on parade

Members of 1st Tulliallan company of the Boys' Brigade celebrated their 75th anniversary in style at the weekend.

The officers and youngsters held a mini tattoo in the grounds of the Scottish Police College at Tulliallan Castle.

On Saturday afternoon they treated family and friends, along with specially invited guests and some former Old Boys, to a display of their skills. As well as a parade, which included their band, they also showcased their gymnastic and marching prowess before a presentation of awards.

Lieutenant Robert Cunningham, the officer in charge of the junior section, said the event was organised to mark the end of another successful session.

There are currently more than 70 boys in the company which meets regularly in Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church.
