Anna Bell has launched ‘Roots for Growth’ in which she shares deeply personal stories from when her husband Alan was diagnosed with MS three days before their wedding in 1997, and the positive perspective this has brought to her life and work as a personal development coach and trainer.

The book explores resilience, mindfulness, and how we can grow through changes in our lives.

Anna started writing it in 2019 and, now she has got into the flow, is planning more books which will mix professional expertise and personal experiences.

She said: ““It was an amazing moment holding the first copy in my hand. I’m so glad to be launching this now and feedback from readers has been fantastic.”
