Baby of the week: Bo’ness tot Riley Wilson

THE DETAILS: Riley AJ James Wilson was born at Forth Valley Royal Hospital on January 19, 2020 at 3.39pm, weighing 7lbs 7.5oz.

THE PARENTS: Mum Derry Helen Jean Clarkson (22) is a stay at home mum, while dad Cameron Ian Wilson is 21. They live in Bo’ness.

THE PREGNANCY: Mum said the pregnancy overall was great considering she had a few scares and had a few times staying in the hospital, but baby was always well.

THE BIRTH: It was a natural birth and Riley arrived on his due date.

THE NAME: Mum had been reading the paper and saw the name Riley and it was added to the list of options. AJ is a combination of his mum’s brothers Archie and Josh together and James came from his grandad.

THE BABY: Riley is a very happy cheerful boy who always has such a cheeky smile on his face. He’s always laughing or babbling away at everyone.

THE GRANDPARENTS: His proud grandparents are Wendy Clarkson, Susan Ann Wilson and James Cook Wilson.

THANKS: Mum would like to thank Cameron and her mum Wendy for supporting her through labour, as well the NHS staff who helped with Riley’s safe arrival. Thanks too to mum’s Auntie Krystal and Nan Christine for all their support, as well as all their friends and family.
