The eventual winners of the competition were: first Galyna Lee with Close to Mum, second Brian Sutherland’s Vilefrance Remembered and joint third winners, Alison Cruickshank with Freedom and Karen van de Graaf’s Purple Trees.

The club has been running for over 50 years having been formed in 1965 and the annual show has become an important date in the calendar when members can put their work on public display.
