Sophie's Diary: It's so tiring thinking about what to do to pass the time!
Of course, there is always the option of more modelling. Since we broke up for summer three weeks ago, I’ve been in front of a camera five days out of seven per week. Although it does take up a lot of my time and even though I do enjoy it, it’s a lot of hard work and I’ve been left feeling quite exhausted. Modelling is fun – just not so much when you’re passed out in bed after a day’s work.
As I mentioned a month or so ago, I have let my fitness regime slip since I started studying and gave up gymnastics. All the laziness as certainly started to catch up on me and the scales don’t lie when they tell me I’ve put on a solid amount of weight since giving up the tumbling. Although I started going to the gym around the same time I wrote my last fitness article, there has been a slight improvement in my health. However I think I can do more, and so after signing up for a 5K with my mum – which takes place at the start of June, I’ve decided that one way or another, running is going to be partially the thing to keep me entertained until I go back.
