I remember the relaunch of The Falkirk Herald in November 2011 for a number of reasons.
There was my embarrassing attempt at riding one of the advertising bikes we hired for the day, the rush to ensure all the new designs were completed and checked ahead of deadline ... and the anticipation as we unveiled the first tabloid edition to an expectant audience at Callendar House.
But what will stay with me forever is the opportunity it gave me to talk to our readers, whether it was face-to-face or through the paper.
Before we made any changes we talked to hundreds of people about what they would like to see ... and hundreds more gave us feedback on a dummy edition.
You all played a part in helping make the new-look Falkirk Herald what it is today.
But there’s no time to stand still so now, more than a year after the relaunch, we are again asking you what you think of the paper and what you would like to see in it.
This time around we’re
not looking to make wholescale changes but we really want to hear from you what improvements could be made. You can make your views known by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
