Column: New way to celebrate - and support

More people than ever are declining gifts on their special occasions and requesting donations be made to Strathcarron Hospice instead.

With Mother’s Day coming up a week on Sunday you might be lost for something unusual and new to show your love for your mum.

‘‘Celebrate with Strathcarron’’ is a range of meaningful gifts for all celebrations throughout the year including Mother’s Day.

All Celebrations are £25 and you will receive a lovely card to give to your loved one, letting them know what the £25 will be used for by the Hospice. In the spirit of Mother’s Day, the gift helps us to provide an accompanied outing for a patient.

The cards are of a high quality with contemporary images to suit everyone’s taste. The full range of ‘‘Celebrate with Strathcarron’’ cards are birthday, retirement, wedding, Father’s Day, wedding anniversary, Valentine’s Day and, of course, Christmas.
