Leading store signs up for Denny
It was confirmed today that talks between developers County Properties and the group which sells a range of food and household goods to move into a 15,000 square foot store being built on a site off Stirling Street as part of the second phase of the development are at an advanced stage.
Falkirk Council’s executive was told: “The developer is a well-established company with a track record of delivering projects of this type. B&M has grown quickly in recent years with over 140 stores across the UK.”
Subject to both parties signing a deal, Falkirk Council is expected to bank over £430,000 from the sale of the site.
