The award winning Tryst Theatre promises outrageous five-star X rated hilarity with their new play at the Dobbie Hall in early December. ‘Bouncers’, by John Godber, is the high energy tale of one Friday night in a Northern nightclub, with the non-stop action focusing on the exploits of four thuggish doormen and their drunken customers. In the tatty glamour, loud music and flashing lights of the seedy club we meet the smooth talking DJ, the lager swilling lads, the lipsticked, lacquered girls, the late-night kebab man and many more. In all the four actors play over 50 different characters. Fast, frantic and fantastically funny, ‘Bouncers’ – which has strong language – will be staged in the Dobbie Hall from December 8 – 10 at 7.30.p.m. nightly. Tickets - £10 and £7 concessions – are available from the Tryst 24 hour booking line on 07597 981 949 or from the box office on 01324 715886.
