Kincardine Children’s Day has had one of its most successful years, according to organisers.
The annual celebration, which saw Tulliallan Primary School pupil Adele Hoxley crowned as Gala Queen on Saturday, pulled in the crowds who lined the parade route and gathered in the park for games and entertainment.
Linda Horan, from the gala day committee said: “We were very lucky with the weather, and the sun was even shining in the park in the end.
“The parade went well as did the crowning, and the park was consistently busy throughout the day.
“It’s probably one of the best gala days we have ever had.”
