Parish Church

The service on Sunday at Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church is at 10.30 a.m. and will be led by Rev. Alec Shuttleworth. Tea and coffee will be served after the service. The Young Church meet at 10.30 a.m. The retiring collection last Sunday realised £179.92. The men’s club Christmas dinner will be held on Monday at 7 for 7.30 p.m. at Tulliallan Golf Club. The following night, the Guild Christmas dinner takes place at 7 for 7.30 p.m. at Tulliallan Golf Club. The Scottish Country Dance class meets each Wednesday from 8-9.30 p.m. in the hall. As a result of the table top sale held on Saturday by the fundraising committee, the excellent sum of £446 was raised. Thanks to all who donated, supported and helped on the day. Annual Carols and Candles Service takes place in the church on Sunday at 6.30 p.m. There will be a ‘Celebration of Christmas in Song and Story’ on Saturday, December 13 at 7 p.m. in the church.

History Group

The next meeting is on Wednesday, December 10 at 2 p.m. in the Hepburn Room of the community centre. The interesting topic is ‘Droving and The Falkirk Trysts’ and is presented by Ian Scott. Visitors are always welcome if the subject is of particular interest to them.
