The AGM and final meeting of the session was held on March 26 in the hepburn room of the community centre. President Willie Anderson welcomed everyone and treasurer Ian Silcock gave a detailed and comprehensive financial report showing a healthy balance. The office bearers agreed to stand for another year, namely president – Willie Anderson; secretary – Karen Silcock; treasurer – Ian Silcock. After the business affairs, Dick Clark provided a digital presentation of a delightful early footage film of Stirling, which revived memories of a forgotten way of life in the area. A group outing to Hopetoun House is planned for April 30 and an interesting syllabus is already in place for next session.
