Little Juliet Donaldson used all her artistic skills to scoop first prize in a design a Christmas card competition.
Organised by Larbert-based Webhelp UK, all the primary schools in the area were invited to take part.
The five-year-old’s winning entry didn’t only see her scoop a £50 voucher but a further £500 donation for her school, St Bernadette’s.
Anton Manley, managing director of UK client operations for the call centre company, handed over the prizes.
Juliet’s design is now being used for all the cards being sent out by Webhelp UK.
Runner up entries came from Tom Green, a primary five pupil at St Bernadette’s, and Zac Ross, a primary three pupil at Larbert Village primary school – both receiving a £20 prize.
After visiting the school Anton Manley, said: “We would like to thank the schools that took part for all the fantastic designs that were put forward. We’re now looking forward to distributing the cards which are guaranteed to raise smiles this Christmas.”
Marianne Savage, St Bernadette’s head teacher, said: “The children have really enjoyed taking part in this competition. It’s great to be involved in community projects as it allows the children to build new experiences and be creative at the same time.”
