'˜Inappropriate' questions gets Falkirk man payback order

Colin Graham (57), 74 Wallace Street, Falkirk, has been placed on a supervised community payback order for 12 months after admitting placing two young men in a state of fear or alarm by stopping his car and asking them 'inappropriate' questions.
