Hip hop group dance their way to stardom
Dancers from the Broadway School of Performing Arts are celebrating two wins after claiming trophies at a national competition in Blackpool.
The mini hip hop group took first place and the advanced technique class took third place at the ‘That’s Show Biz Grand Final’ in Winter Gardens, Blackpool.
Dance teacher Adele Wallace said: “They work very hard both in the studio and at home, and it makes it all worthwhile seeing them do so well. It was such a tough competition, in fact probably the toughest I’ve seen, so to bring home two trophies is just outstanding in my eyes. To see them perform in such an amazing venue was also a huge achievement.”
The school is at Newmarket Street in Falkirk and has been running for six years. Their annual show takes place at Falkirk Town Hall in June.
