St James

Sunday’s service will be led by Rev. Colin Mailer. Apart from it being the First Sunday in Advent and all that entails, it is also St Andrew’s Day and we would encourage all worshippers that day to wear a bit of tartan. The Bereavement Service will take place on Sunday, December 7 at 2 p.m. in the church. This short service is open to anyone who has lost a loved one whether it be recently or in years past. It will last around 35 minutes and tea will be served in the hall after the service to which everyone is welcome. The children’s gift service is on Sunday, December 14 and we would ask that you bring a gift which will be distributed to disadvantaged children around the area before Christmas. Please label the gift with what age it would suit and also for a boy or girl.
