United Church

The kids Sunday club meets in the church hall at 11 a.m. Come along and make new friends while enjoying games, arts and crafts, songs and Bible stories. The Youth Group (ages 11-18) meet on Sunday at 7 p.m. in the church halls. Rainbows, Brownies and Guides meet throughout the week. The Boys Brigade meet weekly on Fridays in the church halls, Anchor Boys (ages 5-7) from 6 to 7.15 p.m.,Junior Section (ages 8-10) from 6.45 to 8.15 p.m. and Company Section (ages 11-18) from 7.45 to 10 p.m. The Guild meets for lunch at the Park Hotel on Wednesday at 12.30 p.m. The badminton club meets weekly in the church hall on Wednesday from 8.00 p.m. Players young and old, from novice to champion are welcome. Valentine’s coffee morning takes place on Saturday February 14 between 10 a.m. and noon in the church halls. Stalls include cake and candy, soft goods and bric-a-brac. Miller Hall

On Sunday, the service at 11 a.m. will be Mr Adam Kleczkowski and at 6 p.m. with Mr John Muirhead. The prayer meetings are held at 5.15 p.m. on Sundays. Bible study is at 7.30 p.m.

Bowling Club

The A.G.M. will be held in the clubhouse on Sunday at 1 p.m. prompt. Committee members should note that a committee meeting will be held prior to the AG.M. at 11.30 a.m. Grahamston Bowling Club extends a warm welcome to anyone wishing to join our club. We offer half price bowling fees for the first year. Bowls, shoes and coaching is available to anyone who would like to have a go at bowling. Application forms are available in the clubhouse. The winners of last Friday night’s games night were Darren Tetsil and Willie Kerr. The games night is on this Friday at 8 p.m.
