Funeral for father who was discharged by Forth Valley Royal Hospital
Samuel Kemp (81) passed away on New Year's Day, just 24 hours after being released from Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

The Kemp family were left devastated at the sudden lose of their fit and healthy father.
An investigation is still ongoing into the cause of death and the events that saw Samuel released from A&E, only to return later that night in an ambulance, rushed from his home in Stenhousemuir.
A death certificate has finally been issued to the family meaning a funeral can take place.
David Kemp, Samuel’s son, said: “We are still unhappy at Forth Valley Royal and will be pushing for answers.
