Falkirk pubs get an extra hour for Queen's big day
The area's public houses will be able to stay open an hour later - if they want - on June 11 and 12 to mark the Queen's 90th birthday.

The decision to extend the terminal hour was taken at Falkirk Council’s licensing board yesterday (Wednesday). Convener Malcolm Nicol said: “We should celebrate the work the Queen has done in her 90 years. Anyone who wishes to use the extra hour can do so on both days. God save the Queen.”
