Die-hard fans began queueing for tonight’s Ronan Keating concert 12 hours before he was due on stage.
As the excitement for Rock the Stadium mounts and final preparations are underway, a trio from Callander, Perthshire made sure they were first in the queue.
They were the first music lovers to arrive at Falkirk Stadium in Westfield for what promises to be a three-day spectacular.
The former Boyzone singer kicks the celebrations off tonight, while tomorrow its the turn of some of the Best of the 80’s, featuring scintillating sets from the likes of Midge Ure, Altered Images, Five Star, T’Pau and Toyah.
It’s all leading up to Sunday evening when veteran rockers Status Quo take to the stage.
Having just celebrated their 50th year together, Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt will be pulling out the stops for their die-hard when they plug in after support band 10cc, who themselves are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the release of their first single ‘Donna’.
