
Scott Robertson (33) ignored a curfew order as part of bail conditions and visited a pub in Manor Street on Friday night.
An eagle-eyed CCTV operator spotted him alerted officers who arrested him on the premises and held him before he appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “At around 11.30pm on Friday, January 15 a CCTV Operator alerted local officers to a man breaching his curfew in Manor Street in Falkirk.
“A 33-year-old was arrested and charged and appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, January 18.”

Robertson was given a 70-hour community payback order for the breach.
