Developers given deadline for Longcroft housing plan
Developers Mactaggart & Mickel have until August 31 to complete legal paperwork or risk losing the chance to build 550 houses at Longcroft.
Falkirk Council’s planning committee agreed in 2011 it was “minded to grant” the application subject to certain legal issues being agreed with the landowners.
When it met last week the committee could have refused it, but opted to issue one final deadline instead.
