It launches tomorrow (Friday) after a push to get it ready for the Christmas market.

Although the club had always carried a range of Bairns branded clothing, commercial manager Kieran Koszary said he knew that they could do better.

He said: “As well as being a good revenue stream, it allows us to engage with fans and it is good for the club to have them wearing Falkirk-branded items.

“Lauren, as well as being a season ticket holder, has a wealth of experience in the retail market and was the obvious person for us to work in partnership with.”

A small capsule collection is being launched initially and as well as t-shirts for children and adults, there are items such as a white polo shirt with a white motif that Lauren said will take fans “from the South Stand to the golf course”.

She added: “Falkirk FC is the biggest brand in town and putting this range together has been a massive learning curve for me.”

Initially the range will be sold online – www.falkirkfootballshop.com – but there will also be the chance to visit Lauren’s store Fergie in Lint Riggs, Falkirk, to shop personally.

She said: “Customer service is very important and we want people to be able to buy Falkirk fan wear in whichever way suits them best.”

Now everyone at the club is keeping their fingers crossed sharply-dressed fans can cheer the team to success on the pitch.
