Drivers are being warned to expect delays on the Clackmannanshire Bridge near Airth on Wednesday while a damaged expansion point gets repaired.
The point is at the south end of the bridge on the A876 and a temporary traffic management system will be put in place from 10am-3.30pm to prevent the need for a diversion.
There will be a single lane closure northbound with traffic lights as well as a closure of lanes 1 and 2 southbound, also with traffic lights. The pedestrian footpaths will remain open.
A spokesperson for Amey said: “As the works will be carried out during off peak hours, only minimal delays are expected for vehicles using the Clackmannanshire Bridge. Road users are asked to plan their journey accordingly.”
