Young offenders inmate trashed cell
A 20-year-old man smashed up his cell's fixtures '“ including a television '“ and caused over £750 of damage.
William Coughlin, address listed as Polmont Young Offenders Institution, admitted damaging the property at the YOI on December 14 last year.
The case was adjourned until July 26 for reports on Coughlin, who was said to be on the autistic spectrum.
