Amanda Miller received the same command during a previous court appearance on November 26, 2020.

However, Falkirk Sheriff Court heard yesterday (Thursday) she has since been charged in relation to an incident in Perth and an “analogous matter with an ambulance worker” and a statutory breach of the peace.

Miller, 5212 London Road, Edinburgh, originally appeared in court after she behaved threateningly at KFC in Callendar Road on October 19, 2020.

On the day in question, the 30-year-old stated she had injured her knee before she began to shout, swear and scream towards a paramedic and student ambulance technician, both of whom were acting in the course of their employment.

Miller committed the offence whilst subject to an undertaking to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

Her defence solicitor said Miller would be pleading not guilty to the Perth matter, which he added wouldn’t be taking place “for a while”, and asked for sentencing to be further deferred.

Sheriff Derek Hamilton agreed to the request and made Miller subject to a structured deferred sentence for six months.

Addressing the solicitor, Sheriff Hamilton said: “It means she will get support she might need, but clearly there’s a sentence to be determined at the end of that.”

A review date was set for May 20.

As he warned Miller over her conduct, Sheriff Hamilton told her: “You must be of good behaviour.”
