Woman allegedly had heroin and knife in Falkirk town centre

A woman was allegedly caught in possession of heroin and a knife in Falkirk.

The 40-year-old was stopped and searched by police in the centre of the town on Friday night.

She has been charged with possessing the class A substance and a lock knife.

The woman was initially arrested but later released and was ordered not to enter Falkirk town centre prior to a court appearance on September 2.
