Westquarter man caught with cannabis with intent to supply

Lewis Waters (20) was found in possession of cannabis with intent to supply in Spinkhill, Laurieston.

Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thurday, Waters, 39 Langton Road, Westquarter, had admitted the offence he committed on September 7, 2019.

The court heard his case had been continued to see if he had managed to obtain employment.

Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence on Waters until March 4 for a criminal justice social work report and a restriction of liberty assessment to be carried out.
