John Varney (34) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having admitted behaving in a threatening manner in Wellpark Terrace, Bonnybridge, on April 20 last year.
Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence on Varney, 15 Greenacre Place, Bonnybridge, until April 15 for a restriction of liberty order assessment to be carried out.
