Warrant for Bainsford shoplifter who has never appeared at court
An offender who has supposedly never had to face his charges was once again a no show at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.

Christopher Niven (37), 10 Buchanan Court, Bainsford, had pleaded guilty to stealing household items from the Co-op, Ronades Road, Bainsford , on July 16 last year.
Sheriff Derek Livingston said: “I’m not sure he has ever actually appeared – there was a plea in his absence.”
His first appearance could be from custody as Sheriff Livingston issued a warrant for his arrest.
