Warned to keep appointments
Gary Frew (26), 16 Bute place, Grangemouth, was placed on a supervised order for threatening a pensioner last year, but failed to keep appointments with social workers.
At Falkirk Sheriff Court he said he had been unwell after being assaulted. Sheriff Derek Livingston called for an update on July 14 and warned Frew: “Assault or no assault, you’re close to custody.”
