Used foot to pin partner to ground
David Leckie (25) attacked his partner, punching her on the head and then pinning her to the ground with his foot.
Leckie pled guilty to the brutal assault he committed at his 27 Burnside Place, Carron home on November 27 last year.
Sheriff Derek Livingston placed Leckie on a community payback order with the condition he complete 135 hours unpaid work within six months.
