Unpaid work for man who kicked partner
An Edinburgh man assaulted his partner in the street in Bo'ness.
Paul Summers (39) assaulted his partner in Lothian Street, Bo’ness – kicking her and placing an arm around her neck.
Summers, 44/5 Easter Drylaw Place, Edinburgh, admitted the offence he committed on October 23 last year and was told to complete 135 hours unpaid work in six months.
