Thug spat on cop in police station
Jonathan Nugent (33) spat on a police officer at Falkirk Police Station on March 10.
Nugent, 14 Castings Avenue, Falkirk, admitted that assault and also pled guilty to threatening behaviour in Castings Avenue on April 11.
His sentence was deferred until August 31 for him to be of good behaviour over those three months and for him to comply with his community payback order.
