Threats to turn BBQ into bloodbath
Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, Cluckie (25) admitted behaving in a threatening manner at Manuel Terrace, Whitecross on June 5 and June 6.
Procurator fiscal depute Gavin Whyte said: “The accused arrived at a barbecue uninvited. He said ‘I have a gun and two knives. I’m going to start murdering people’.”

Hide AdThe court heard Cluckie, 5 Ebenezer Place, California, had mental health issues due to substance abuse.
Sheriff Derek Livingston placed Cluckie on a supervised community payback order for two years with the condition he complete 160 hours of unpaid work within six months.
