Threatened and punched partner
Alexander Cruickshanks (47) admitted assaulting his partner and threatening her.
Cruickshanks, 36 Wallace Crescent, Denny, pled guilty to the offences he committed in Duke Street, Denny on November 17 last year and in Wallace Crescent on October 26. 2016. He was placed on a supervised community payback order for two years with the condition he attend alcohol counselling.
