Threat of prison for Falkirk offender
Ryan Young admitted a threatening behaviour offence and then received a promise he would be heading for custody if he did not toe the line.

Young (24) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pled guilty to the offence he committed at his 27 St John’s Avenue, Falkirk home on April 15.
No reports were available so Sheriff Derek Hamilton continued the case until January 7.
He warned Young: “If you come back again and there is no report I will have to remand you in custody.”
