Thoughtless Langlees teen chucked object at moving car

An offender who threw something at a moving vehicle causing it to take evasive action has now stayed out of trouble for over a year.

Lee McDonald (18), 120 Lomond Drive, Langlees, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having pleaded guilty to recklessly throwing an object at a car in motion in Ronades Road, Bainsford on July 16, 2018.

He also admitted behaving in a threatening manner and obstructing two female police officers in their duty in David’s Loan, Bainsford, on August 11, 2018 and threatening behaviour, challenging people to fight, at Forth Valley Royal Hospital on October 28, 2018.

The court heard the report on McDonald had been of good behaviour since committed the offences and was making good progress with the community payback order he received as punishment for his crime.

It was stated he was “moving in the right direction”.

Sheriff Derek Livingston admonished McDonald and let the community payback order continue without further review.
