Teenager allegedly swung scooter around before throwing it at police on A9
A teen allegedly threw a push scooter at and made racial slurs towards police.
The 18-year-old is said to have swung the scooter around on a carriageway on the A9 on Tuesday before behaing in a racially aggravated way.
He was remanded in custody.
