Tamfourhill man punched vehicle and made threats at hospital

A man who threatened his partner with violence and said he'd damage property has been ordered to complete unpaid work.

Nicholas McPhillips (23) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, having pled guilty to the offences he committed on July 18 and 19 at an address in Kilbrennan Drive, Tamfourhill.

He also admitted punching and kicking a car and and throwing items at the vehicle on Little Denny Road, Denny on November 14, 2017 and behaving in a threatening manner by shouting, swearing and utter threats of violence at Forth Valley Royal Hospital that day. McPhillips, 7 Kilbrennan Drive, Tamfourhill was handed 140 hours unpaid work, to be carried out within six months.
