Tamfourhill man given unpaid work for partner abuse
On two occasions in November, Jordan Middleton went to her home and behaved in an abusive manner, shouting and swearing, demanding to get in and throwing food at a window.
He back at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday to explain why he has failed to co-operate with the order and breached bail by contacting the woman.

Hide AdThe court heard Middleton, from 9 Kilmory Court, Tamfourhill, still had 73 hours unpaid work to do.
His lawyer Lynn Swan told he had difficulty with his back and had been looking after his grandad , but a court social worker said many of his absences were unexplained.
Sheriff Derek Livingston called for a report on the suitability of a restriction of liberty order and remanded Middleton in custody until September 27.
