Tagged for breach of court order
John McGregor (33), 79 Braemar Drive, Falkirk, was placed on a supervised community order for shoplifting but failed to co-operate with social workers.
At Falkirk Sheriff Court that was scrapped and replaced with a restriction of liberty order which means McGregor will be tagged for the next three months and have to stay indoors between 7pm and 7am each day.
