Supervision requirement for Denny man who sent threatening messages
A man who behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards his former partner has been placed on a community payback order with supervision for 18 months.

Robert McLaren, 34 Bridge Street, Denny, appeared before Sheriff Mundy at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.
McLaren (40), had previously admitted that between February 17 and 18, 2020 at an address in Watling Street, Camelon he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, sent messages to his ex-partner and repeatedly uttered abusive remarks and threats of violence.
Sheriff Mundy also granted a non-harassment order for McLaren not to approach or contact his former partner for a period of 18 months.
