Stenhousemuir woman grabbed child by the throat
A 40-year-old woman seized a 10-year-old girl by the throat in Denny.
Denise Thacker, of Stenhousemuir, admitted the assault she committed on March 17.
Last Thursday Falkirk Sheriff Court heard she had recently suffered health difficulties, but realised she could not behave in this way.
Sheriff John Mundy admonished her.
